The thing I learned about elections is that the sovereign (the queen/king) are not allowed to come into the debating chamber because in 1600 king Charles tried to arrest someone because they offended him and the reason the Westminster was called Westminster  because it was a place located in London and it was also the British parliament that and there are elections every three years in new Zealand.
